Upper School students have the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills. Each year 12 Form 5 students are nominated and voted to become Student Leaders. The Form 5 Student Leaders work closely with the Form 6 Student Leaders. The two students with the most votes in each of the year groups will be Form 6 Head Students and Form 5 Deputy Head Students.

- Well-presented in uniform and appearance
- A positive role model and leader within the school community
- Ability to meet with teachers and school community members to discuss school events
- Willing to speak at assemblies and other school events as requested
- Ability to maintain acceptable standards of work and behaviour in class and school activities.
Role Expectations:
- Lead from the front - be enthusiastic and committed to CSS
- Organise, support and promote whole school events including assemblies, graduations, open days and school tours, inter-house competitions
- Take an active role in ensuring that all pupils are safe at break and lunchtimes
- Advise in regard to student needs on campus
- Work with new students/MY1/F1 as mentor buddies
- Participate in Creative Week in the role of Student Leaders
- Attend all Student Leader meetings
